To whom it may concern,

We are writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Krisztina Neglia who sold our executive townhouse this past summer.  Her professsionalism and enthusiasm made our experience simple, straightforward and in fact, quite pleasant!!  We have learned that truly great real estate agents do exist despite several poor experiences in the past.

First and foremost, Krisztina achieved two wins for us- 99% of our listing price and our closing date.  As well, our townhouse sold more quickly and at a higher price than any other identical unit in our complex.

Krisztina also sold is on the importance of Open House- something we were first against.  We were concerned about security but Krisztina handled Open House days with extreme care; suggesting what items to put out of sight and ensuring all vistors signed in.  In the end our buyers come through one of the Open Houses.

To Whom it May Concern:

My husband and I first called Krisztina when we saw an advertisement for one of her listings.  The property in question was incorrctly priced but Krisztina offered to help us out with some other listings.  My husband and I had unusal circumstances in that we needed to find, buy and move into a house within two months.  With closing times considered, that meant that we needed to find a house fast.  Krisztina said "No Problem."  We first met with her on a Wednesday afternoon and she devoted the next three days of her life to our search.  She was relentless in her search for suitable listings and determined to organize appointments in a sequential and logical manner.

By Friday evening, my husband and I were starting to question the possibilty of finding the perfect first home in a matter of days, but Krisztina did not give up.  Sure enough, the next house Krisztina showed us is the one I am now sitting in.  We walked in the door and we both Knew it was the house we would bring our first child home to.

Krisztina Neglia listened to our seemingly unreasonable if not impossible needs to find the perfect house in three days, and she proceeded ro do what even her co-workers said she could not accomplish.  She listens toher clients, because she truly cares about their needs and their happiness.  She is an aggressive business woman who loves to push her apponent for the best deal possible.  You defianetly want her on your side of the bargaining process!  The true testament to Krisztina's care for her clients is in the fact that she does not disappear once the papers are signed.  You continues satisfaction with your new home is her ongoing concern.  I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone... in fact, I already have.
